The School has a faculty with high professional quality, a strong sense of innovation, and noble ethics. There are 76 full-time teachers, including 1 Changbai Mountain scholar, 1 provincial excellent teacher, 3 provincial top talents, 10 professors and 38 associate professors. Every year, more than 10 foreign teachers are employed to teach oral English, English speech, English debate and other courses in the School. Thirty three percent (33%) of the teachers have engaged in academic exchange, visiting or studying for their master's degree in Britain, the United States, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. In the past five years, the teachers have published more than 200 papers, over 20 monographs, translations, textbooks, dictionaries, and completed over 30 national and provincial teaching and research projects. Additionally, they have won 1 second prize, 3 third prizes and more than 10 research achievement prizes for their research work and publications.
