The Founder

Qin He, PhD in Education, professor and President of Jilin International Studies University (JISU)

  • In 1998 as “Top Ten Outstanding Women of Jilin Province” at the Eighth National Women’sCongress;

  • In 2000 as “National March 8 Red-Banner Holder” and winner of “China Top Ten Outstanding Women” Nomination Award, and Successful Female Entrepreneur for China Economic Development;

  • In 2003 attended the Ninth National Women’s Congress ;

  • In 2004 Excellent Educator of Jilin Province;

  • In 2005 the Fifth China Top Ten Outstanding Women, and winner of National Labor Medal of China Federation of Trade Unions;

  • In 2006 “Ten Leading Figures of China Private Education”;

  • In 2008 “ Top Ten Female Entrepreneurial Stars” and winner of the Special Contribution Award of Outstanding National Female entrepreneurs, and attended the Tenth Women’s Congress;

  • In 2009 As National ‘March 8’ Red-Banner Holder participated the 60th Anniversary Celebration of the Founding of New China;

  • In 2010 as one of the 30 significant representatives attended the 100th Anniversary of “March 8” International Working Women’s Day, and received by President Hu Jingtao and other party and state leaders;

  • In 2011 the “Advanced Individual of Chinese Non-Government Higher Education” by the China Association for Non-Government Education and “The Third Batch of Senior Experts of Jilin Province” by the Jilin Provincial Government;

  • In 2012 “The Third Batch of Top-notch Innovative Personnel of Jilin Province (the second level)” by the Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security;

  • In 2013 “The Fourth Batch of Top-notch Innovative Personnel of Jilin Province (the first level)” by the Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security;
