School of Western Languages is a secondary college of Jilin  International Studies University  (JISU). It was established in 2012, covering 5 undergraduate linguistic majors including: German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese; 3 undergraduate bilingual majors including: English-German, English-French, and English-Spanish; 4 interpreting programs of Master of Translation and Interpreting (MTI), including: German, French, Spanish and Italian. It boasts bilingual programs with national quality courses and majors in German and French. The school has established a high-quality team of teachers and has made great achievements through improvements in teaching and the development of courses, teams, and resources.
