All the teachers are experts in teaching. It boasts a faculty of 60 Chinese teachers and 14 international ones, including 16 professors and associate professors. The School has the “Dual Tutorial System” to cultivate postgraduates, including 15 supervisors for MTI programs and 9 supervisors from other sectors. All the full-time teachers have studied abroad including University of Bonn in Germany, Institute Interpretation et de Tradition in French (ISIT), Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain, Sapienza University of Rome in Italy and University of Lisbon in Portugal.

All the teachers devote themselves to teaching with ethics. We put emphasis on student-centered education. In accordance with the cultivation mode of “Specialty non-English Language + English + Major”, it fosters high –level internationalized students who are able to meet the trends of the economic market and meets requirements of enterprises at home and abroad. It makes efforts to initiate a multi-dimensional cooperative education with corporations and sectors.
