The School, led by President Qin He, has a team of academic mentors, professional advisers and talented instructors, including 13 professors and 8 associate professors, 5 advisers for PhD and 15 for M.Ed. Eleven of the faculty have a PhD, five have valuable overseas experiences and three are pursuing doctoral degrees part-time. There is also one international instructor and 25 part-time advisers. The faculty, because of their education backgrounds and professional experiences, helps to build a balanced structure of teaching, research and practical training.
