Earlier, All-China Women’s Federation announced that ten outstanding women including Zhu Ting (group) were awarded honorary title “The Model of The Bearer of Red Flag of March 8”, 300 excellent women including Sun Zhimei received the award. Over 200 institutions involving the Critical Care Medicine Department of Beijing Ditan Hospital are attached to the Capital Medical University’s “The Group of Red Flag of March 8”. Cai Xue, an alumna of JISU and the chairman of Nongfeng Rice Specialized Planting Cooperative in Shulan city was awarded the title of “The Bearer of the Red Flag of March 8”.

Cai Xue, graduated with a degree in Business English from JISU in 2013 and returned home to start a business in 2014. She established the Nongfeng Rice Specialized Planting Cooperative in the city of Shulan. The Cooperation develops and plants organic and ecological rice based on the order model of “Enterprise plus Base plus Farmer”. Now, the 187 hectare rice area has created jobs for 146 neighboring people, the per capita profits adding over 6,000 yuan and per capita wage gains increasing over 10,000 yuan for fifty households in the cooperative. She has earned the titles of “The Bearer of Red Flag of March 8 in Jilin Province”, “The Model of National Pacesetter” and was also named one of the “Top Ten Farmers in China”.
