Recently, the third “Shakespeare Sound Show” was jointly organized by the Foreign Language Teaching Department and Research Press, Himalayas, and with the help of CRI EASY FM released the final results. Sun Angran, a JISU student of Class 1901 in the Broadcasting and Hosting Department won the third prize in the Chinese division.

This year the Sound Show received more than 9,000 recitation works from all over the country. The excerpts of Othello performed by Sun Angran stand out among many entries with good voice and accurate emotional expression. “I am very honored to be able to interpret an almost thousands-year-old classic work through my own understanding and voice.” Sun Angran said, “This is also a rare professional practice opportunity, which has further inspired my enthusiasm for learning and has increased my motivation levels.”
