On September 30，the event “70 years of hardship and success, striving for a new era -- Achievements Exhibition of the 70th Anniversary of China Celebrated by Jilin Province” was held at the Jilin Museum. The secretary of the provincial party committee called Bayinchaolu, the vice secretary of the provincial party committee, and Governor Jing Junhai also attended the exhibition. President Qin He attended the event and was interviewed by Jilin Television Station.

In the interview, President Qin said, “The exhibition is fascinating because it fully demonstrates what Jilin has achieved since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Great changes have taken place in China under the leadership of the communist party of China, and we have achieved historic development to becoming a wealthy and powerful country. Throughout its history, Jilin province has made a significant contribution to China as a base of industrialization and scientific education. My original aspiration was to devote myself to education, and my dream is to make JISU become a century-old prestigious university. I will remain true to my initial aspiration, undertake my duty and strive to create the highest quality of education to cultivate more talents in China and further develop China’s private higher education sector.”
