On May 25th, President Qin He met with Isida Norihisa, Director of Aomori Chuo Gakuin University, in the International Exchange Center at JISU.

Both sides agreed on deepening mutual friendship and enhancing education and academic exchanges. They then signed a cooperation agreement.

The agreement creates favorable conditions for students majoring in Japanese, expanding exchange programs for students, the exchange of teachers, conducting academic research, sharing academic information, and cooperating with publications.
