A JISU Team Delegated by President Qin He Surveys the Westlake University

A 6-person visiting team delegated by President Qin He of Jilin International Studies University (JISU) surveyed the Westlake University in Hangzhou on April 23, 2019. The team was compromised of Zhang Bin, the Vice President, and a few officers from the Academic Affairs Office, Research Department and School of Education at JISU. The delegation was welcomed by President Shi Yigong, on behalf of the University.

Zhu Xiaoyun, the Vice President of the University, briefed the group on history and vision in regards to the University. The two sides made in depth exchanges in terms of non-profit schooling, educational reforms, research and talent-brain.

President Shi highly praised our 24-year commitment to non-profit schooling, overall scientific systems, and the valuable educational experience of private universities which boast fruitful achievements. He also extended congratulations to JISU on its University renaming.

President Qin greatly agreed on the position and orientation of the University and she highly expects that the two Universities will join hands to promote a promising development of private higher education through intensifying mutual exchanges and cooperation.
