He Ran, Vice Presidentof Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST), and his delegation visited Jilin Huaqiao University of Foreign Languages (HQUFL) on September 27th, 2018. During the visit, both sides exchanged ideas on international education, processed dominating exchanges of internationalized cooperative teaching patterns, management of international students and language-teaching.

Our Vice President, Zhang Bin, welcomed the delegation and gave a brief introduction on the development of the university. Wang Jie, chief of the International Exchange Office, introduced our achievements in international cooperation. Zhou Shujuan, Dean of the School of Central and Eastern European Languages, presented our progress on the building of the new school—the School of Central and Eastern Languages, and the characteristics of our language-teaching to the delegation.

Pro. He Ran gave an introduction on the development of CUST. She said it’s a rewarding trip and they will learn from HQUFL’s experience. She also expressed their expectations on our further progress. The delegation also had a further exchange on the development of international cooperation with us.

This meeting provides a platform on sharing experiences of international cooperation for the two universities and lays a favorable foundation on mutual exchanges and international cooperation between CUST and HQUFL.
