A Report on China-Mongolia Relations and Mongolia’s National Conditions, by D. Bulgan, Minister Counselor of the Mongolian Embassy in China

     On September 26th, with invitation of President Qin He and the heartfelt welcome of all faculty and students, D. Bulgan, Minister Counselor of the Mongolian embassy in China came to HQUFL to give a report titled: China-Mongolia relations and Mongolia’s national conditions.
    D. Bulgan now works as the Minister Counselor of the Mongolian embassy in China. She has not only extensive diplomatic knowledge and experience, but also proficient mastery of Chinese, English and French, due to her previous work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia as Minister Counselor of the Mongolian embassy in China and France.
   In order to create an opportunity for students majoring in Mongolian to practice their listening, D. Bulgan used Mongolian in this report. During Bulgan’s speech, she vividly narrated the history, the present situation, and the promising prospects of cooperation between Mongolia and China. D. Bulgan stressed that the Mongolian government would support the “One Belt And One Road” strategy being put forward by the Chinese government, because they look forward to realizing the mutual benefits of cooperation between Mongolia and China by successfully combining Mongolia’s strategy “Development Road” with China’s “One Belt and One Road” strategy.
   The faculty and students said that they were informed and encouraged by the report. D. Bulgan said that she enjoyed interacting with the students after giving her report. She voiced that the Mongolian embassy in China would take a positive and open approach to cooperate with HQUFL in various fields so as to make more contributions to deepen the development of the friendly relationship between two countries.
