School of International Exchanges is a secondary college of JISU. It is in charge of enrollment and cooperative administration of international students in JISU while managing non-degree programs for foreign students here. Since the admission of the first students in 1995, the School has welcomed over 1,000 overseas students from more than 20 nations in such continents as Asia, Europe, America, and Africa. The related Scholarship covers projects issued by the Chinese Government, Confucius Institutes, The Silk Road Program, and Jilin Province Government
