Unurjargal's Speech
Jun 14, 2019 01:52 PM

Hello, everyone!

I am Unurjargal from Otgontenger University in Mongolia. My Chinese name is Mei. I am a student in the intermediate class of the School of International Exchanges in Jilin International Studies University (JISU). I really appreciate the opportunity to study here.

I enjoy the comfortable life here. I like the people here for their enthusiastic disposition, diligence, honesty, and courtesy. I’m fond of Chinese cuisine, and in particular, distinctive Northeastern food with a variety of dishes. I have been here for more than two months now and I have experienced happy and unforgettable memories every day. Reflecting back on my arrival to JISU, I registered three days in advance to be acquainted with the university. Out of my imagination, the campus of JISU is bigger than that of Otgontenger University, which resulted in me getting lost at the beginning. I was a little worried due to my lack of experience studying abroad, but I gradually became more and more relaxed through the earnest instruction of my teachers and the harmonious partnership among my colleagues from distinctive countries majoring in diverse disciplines.

I really like the sports stadium and library here. I spend my leisure time doing various activities on the field and reading in the library after class.

Now the weather is getting better and I hope my Chinese gets better and better as well. I will work hard, and I hope that everybody can achieve academic success.

Thanks a lot!
