Given some recruitment agencies and individuals fabricating Visa Applications for Study in China （JW202） and letters of admission using the name of Jilin International Studies University (JISU) without permission, it is to state that

The International Office of JISU is responsible for the enrollment of international students regarding Visa Applications for Study in China （JW202）and letters of admission. JISU never authorizes any recruitment agencies and individuals for the admissions of international students. JISU will safeguard its legitimate rights and interests through legal measures, combating such illegal acts as fabricating documents, jeopardizing its social reputation and perturbing the normal admissions process. 

It is hereby declared by Jilin International Studies University (JISU) on the date of November 16, 2018.
