I. Pickup Service

1. Pickup service at Changchun International Airport 

Pickup service is available at Changchun International Airport at 11:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. during the two days of registration. Students who arrive prior to that can wait at the exit of the International Arrivals before they are met by someone from JISU. 

2. Pickup service at Changchun Railway Station

Pickup service is available at Exit B2 of Changchun Railway Station from 13:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m.

* Notes:

1. Accommodation is unavailable if an international student arrives before the registration days. 

2. See ACCESSORY notes for reference if an international student is unable to register during the given time.

II. Expense 

1. Accommodation Cost for Double Room: 

3600 RMB each semester or 7200 RMB each academic year;

2. Internet Access Service: 

20 RMB each month;

3. Accident and Death Insurance:

400 RMB every 6 months or 800 RMB each academic year;

* Every international student must have his/her life insured in China in accordance with the requirements of JISU even if he/she is a holder of life insurance in his/her own country. JISU has the right to refuse the enrollment of any international student if he/she fails to purchase the insurance required. 

3. Fee of Residence Permits for Foreigners (multiple entries): 400 RMB per year

* Exclusive of those with an X2 Visa.

4. Fee of a Health Checkup (to be carried out in China): 455 RMB

* Exclusive of those with an X2 Visa.

5. Fee of Registration: 400 RMB

6. Accommodation Deposit: 500 RMB (refundable before leaving for home)

7. Bedding including quilt, cotton mattress, and pillow: 255 RMB (optional)

Bed sheet, quilt cover, and pillowcase have to be prepared by an international student himself/herself. He/she can also purchase them on the campus with an approximate price of 150 RMB in all.

Bed sheet:120 cm×200 cm;

Quilt cover: 120cm×200cm; 

Pillowcase: 60 cm×90 cm.  

8. Tuition Fee: 15,000 RMB each academic year; or RMB 7500 each semester

The map below might be helpful if an international student wants to take a light-rail train to JISU by himself/herself. 

Route 1

Take a high-speed train to Changchun Railway Stationat Changchun International Airport. Then transfer to Light Railway Line 3 or Line 4. Get off at Huaqiao Waiyuan Station.  
The fare of high-speed trains ranges from 8.5 RMB to 10.5 RMB per person.
The fare of the light-rail train is 3 RMB.

Route 2
(1) Take bus number 160 at Changchun Railway Station. Get off at Huaqiao Waiyuan Stop.
The bus fare is 2 RMB.    
(2) Take Light Railway Line 3 or Line 4. Get off at Huaqiao Waiyuan Station.  
The fare of the light-rail train is 3 RMB.

Route 3
(1) Take a taxi at Changchun International Airport to Huaqiao Waiyuan (JISU).
The taxi fare ranges from 100 RMB to 130 RMB.
(2) Take a taxi at Changchun Railway Station to Huaqiao Waiyuan (JISU).
The taxi fare ranges from 40 RMB to 50 RMB.
(3) Take a taxi at Changchun West Railway Station to Huaiqao Waiyuan (JISU).
The taxi fare ranges from 50 RMB to 60 RMB.
