Yu Changmin, Professor, Master, PhD Tutor, graduated from the Department of Regional Culture, University of Tsukuba, Japan.Yu is currently the Japanese professional leader of the Oriental Language Institute of Jilin International Studies University (JISU). He once worked as the Dean of the School of Foreign Languages at Jilin University.

Yu is also a member of the Chinese Association of Comparative Literature, a member of the Chinese University Foreign Language Teaching Steering Committee, a member of the Chinese Oriental Literature Research Association, a member of the Jilin Provincial Translators Association, and a member of the Jilin Provincial Writers Association. He has published six academic monographs including History of Japanese Culture, Comparative Literature and Comparative Culture, and Comparative Study of Chinese and Japanese Folk Tales.

Yu has undertaken a number of national social science fund projects and provincial-level teaching and research projects.Under Yu’s leadership, the teaching team is now recognized as a team with excellent provincial-level courses.
