Doctor Yang Yuchen, a graduate from Northeast Normal University, is a PhD supervisor and linguist. Now she is the Director of the English Department at Jilin International Studies University (JISU),

Since 2005, Doctor Yang has been participating in the Global Education Program toward 2020 in the east and west center of the United States. She was formerly the Vice President of the School of Foreign Languages at Northeast Normal University and a member of the professor committee. She is the Vice President of the Foreign Language Society in Jilin Province, an expert in communicative evaluation of the National Social Science Fund project, an expert for the communicative evaluation of the Humanities and Social Science Fund project of the Ministry of Education, and an expert for the evaluation of the National Education Fund.

Doctor Yang mainly researches in contemporary English linguistics theory and English language teaching. She is responsible for one international cooperation project, one national social science foundation project and two cultural and social science planning projects of the Ministry of Education, who published more than 10 books and textbooks as well as more than 40 papers.
