In 2002, in order to meet the needs of further development of the school, a new

campus was built in Jingyue Tourism Development Zone. By the end of August, the first phase of the project, covering an area of 110,000 square meters, was completed and put into use. The enrollment of students reached 3,200. In the same year, the school was granted the right of undergraduate admission by the Jilin Provincial Education Department.

President Qin won the title of “Successful Female Entrepreneur Who Contributes to China’s Economic Development” and was elected as Jilin Provincial CPPCC member in the same year.
