On September 21, the Jilin Provincial Higher Education Association announced a new batch of experts selected by the Jilin Provincial Higher Education Association Expert Database. Principal Qin He, along with other JISU teachers Liao Anyong, Wang Zhiguo, Xiao Chuanguo, Song Xuezhi, Liang Yan, Li Yingtao, and Wang Yudong were selected as experts in the Provincial Higher Education Association from 2020 to 2022.

Experts in the Expert Database mainly undertake academic tasks such as subject evaluation and achievement evaluation of the Provincial Higher Education Association. They also promote the continuous innovation of the Jilin Provincial Higher Education Society by create a high-quality academic brand through their leadership, as well as work toward the prosperity of higher education and scientific research in Jilin Province .
