On May 29th, an online mutual selection career fair for 2020 graduates was launched at JISU to facilitate the employment of the 2020 graduates of JISU, to implement the relevant organization of the Ministry of Education and meet the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, while also combining the work plan of the “100 Day Quick Action” special activity run by the Provincial Education Department. It was held in order to help the actual situation of the school’s employment work and to achieve a stable employment.
The mutual selection career fair features high level, premium positions, and allows a wide distribution of new workers. A total of 186 high-quality enterprises from Jilin, Liaoning, Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other places have signed up, including eighty-three listed companies and Fortune 500 companies. In total, 8,344 jobs are provided, mainly in industries such as import and export trade, education, e-commerce, real estate construction, consulting services, and processing and manufacturing. More than 1,000 resumes were delivered by recent graduates of JISU on that day, and nearly four-hundred people received job offers.
The success of this online recruitment fair fulfilled the sharing of employment information resources, and maximized the protection of the continuous professionals’ recruitment and smooth transitions to employment during the epidemic. Furthermore, JISU will launch a series of online employment guidance services to create favorable conditions for helping graduates to establish goals, give more opportunities, and achieve their dreams of employment.
