On the afternoon of March 18, under the guidance of Ning Yuxin, President of the Modern Logistics Association of JISU and a third-year student of e-commerce major, thirty members of the club exchanged their views on news reports about logistics during the epidemic period, as well as, the potential impact on international logistics exercised by COVID-19. These students expressed their perspectives and their experiences through the app QQ.
Every Wednesday afternoon is the regular meeting time for student clubs and activities at JISU. In line with the regulations of “Not opening the university, but continuing to learn,” enriching the cultural connotation of the second classroom of students, and promoting the "quality" of clubs, the Youth League Committee of JISU organized a “Cloud Classroom” to carry out a series of online club activities. The theme of each event has drawn up according to the actual situation. With a wholly online classroom, club activities have been promoted steadily and smoothly.
The "Modern Logistics Association" is a professional club where members exchange modern logistics knowledge by combining the hotspots of current affairs and personal experiences. “This is the third online activity, and everyone is active.”Ning Yuxin said, "During this special period, online club activities can effectively promote the exchange of knowledge, which not only inspires our enthusiasm for learning, but also guides us to use mobile phones and the Internet to obtain useful information to advance our knowledge.”

The "Business English Speech Club" is the stage for “English Talent”.Everyone shared their favorite songs, films and television shows, and celebrities that come from cultures that speak English. Club members have improved their interest in English through enjoying English games in the QQ group. “The club is organized by students who love the English language from the School of International Economic Trade and fully demonstrates the training feature of ‘Major + Foreign Languages’ of JISU.”Li Xinze, a junior in International Economic Trade who is in charge of the club, said, "We hope to enhance exchanges through activities, and enrich English knowledge while alleviating the pressure of online learning."

The "Portuguese Reading Club" released a "Learning Plan for Home" during the online activities, which was well received by its members.This was jointly developed by Zhang Jing, the president of this club and a current Portuguese student in his/her sophomore year, and the current Portuguese teacher."The instructor and I jointly made this learning plan, including class schedules, homework assignments, etc. to help everyone rationally plan study time and adapt to online learning.We hope that all students will feel happy, exercise, and gain knowledge through online studies, and also can activate the family atmosphere to make the ‘home’ days better.
