On July 12th, the Third General Assembly of the Second Session of the China Association for Non-government Education was held in Beijing. The meeting announced that the re-election of the Association would be launched soon. President Qin He, who has been elected as the Executive Vice President, will take part in the re-election. The re-election will be completed according to the central government’s requirements before the end of November.

Meanwhile, the Ninth Council of the Second Council held a plenary meeting to study the “Opinions on the Comprehensive Reform Implementation of the Industry Association Chamber of Commerce Detached from Administrative Organs" and to listen to Xu Wei’s (Deputy Director of the Social Organization Administration of the Ministry of Civil Affairs) report. The Council also reviewed the Amendments to the Regulations of the China Association for Non-government Education.
