Qin He, President of Jilin International Studies University (JISU), had a meeting with Svetlana Miniurova, President of Ural State Pedagogical University in Russia in the International Exchanges Center at JISU on May 26, 2019.

Both sides reached a consensus and signed an educational cooperation agreement regarding education, science, and student and teacher exchanges. President Miniurova stated that JISU has a very beautiful campus and a promising future. She looks forward to future cooperation on joint-education programs between the two Universities.

This meeting has laid a solid foundation for deepening cooperation and will enhance the internationalization-oriented education at JISU.
