Qin He, President of Jilin International Studies University (JISU), had a meeting with a 5-person visiting team led by Dionisio Zaldivar Silva, Vice President of the University of Havana in Cuba in the International Exchanges Center at JISU on May 26, 2019.

Both parties reached a consensus and signed an educational cooperation agreement to cooperate in exchanging respective students and bolstering exchanges between China and Cuba.

This meeting has laid a solid foundation for expanding opportunities of overseas study and higher education in Cuba, and will enhance the internationalization-oriented education at JISU.
