On May 26th, President Qin He met with a 3-person visiting team delegated by Ogura Tsutome, President of Hokuriku University in Japan in the International Exchange Center at JISU.

Both sides reached a consensus and signed an educational cooperation agreement to increase academic and educational cooperation and jointly cultivate skilled and internationally-oriented individuals.

The meeting lays foundations for promoting ways for students to study abroad and will have a great influence on encouraging internationalization-oriented education in JISU.
