On May 25th, President Qin He met withIsida Norihisa, Director of Aomori Chuo Gakuin University, in the International Exchange Center at JISU.

Both sides agreed on deepening mutual friendship and enhancing education and academic exchanges. They then signed a cooperation agreement.
