On December 2nd, 2018, the 10th China Private Education Conference and the Second Membership Representative session of the Second Conference of the China Association for Non-Governmental Education (CANGE) was held at the Beijing International Convention Center. Wang Zuoshu, Chairman of CANGE, presided over the conference and delivered a work report of the Second Executive Board in the conference. President Qin He of Jilin International Studies University (JISU), who is Vice Chairman of CANGE, also attended the conference.

This conference is composed of three sessions, the 8th Board Meeting of the Second Executive Board, the Second Plenary Session of the Second Membership Representative session, and the 10th China Non-Governmental Education Development Session. In these sessions, work arrangements of CANGE in 2019 were made, clarifications of the amendments to the protocols were given, and the work report and finance report of the Second Executive Board of CANGE were heard and reviewed. Over 600 representatives from the private education sector attended this conference.
