"Today, the grand opening ceremony of the 12th National Congress of Chinese Women, the arrival of General Secretary Xi Jinping and other party leaders, as well as the speech delivered by Zhao Leji, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, makes us feel very dear and deeply inspired," said Qin. Huang Xiaowei, vice-chairman of the All-China Women Federation, issued the call of "women's heart to the party and the new era of achievements" in the work report of the All-China Women Federation, expressing the common aspirations of women across the country.

President Qin He agreed with the report of the 12th National Women Congress that the reform of women federations in the new era should be carried out thoroughly as well as women being provided more opportunities to communicate so as to broaden their views and improve their interpersonal ability.

As a representative of women in education, President Qin is very concerned about the education of children in the villages and countryside as well as the employment of female college students. She suggested that Women Federations should work closely with the education administrative department to set up "after-class programs" and carry out mental health education subjects, as well as other activities so as to better solve the education problem of village children. At the same time, she suggested that Women Federations strengthen publicity and create a good social atmosphere of equality between men and women. On the other hand, legislation should be promoted to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women. People should open up employment channels for women and provide more opportunities for female college students.
