Recently, the rematch of the 4th China-Foreign Language Micro Class Competition hosted by China Higher Education Association and Higher Education Press came to an end in a satisfactory way. The work named Punctuation Sisters: Comma and Semicolon written by Zhao Xiangyu, a teacher at HQUFL, won first place.She will leave for Beijing to take part in the final competition on behalf of Jilin Province. Ms. Wang Yaowei won second place, Lyu Jingyi and Li Li as well as Zhang Meng third place.

The participants from our university worked hard to create a serious teaching atmosphere and gave students clear guidance throughout the lesson. The few-minutes’ class was highly praised by the judges and professors for its complete and logical teaching thoughts and atmosphere with students at the center.

The match reflected the teaching style of the teachers from our university, while at the same time provided an opportunity for the participants to improve their professionalism and teaching skills.
