On the afternoon of June 27, 2024, an information session focused on Berkeley Colleg, US was held at the School of English, JISU. This session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of Berkeley College and inspire their interest and confidence in studying abroad.

At the session, a program representative from Berkeley College was invited to provide a detailed introduction to the college’s historical background, teaching features, popular academic programs, and support services for international students.

Berkeley College, located in the heart of Manhattan, New York, is a private university specializing in business education. Since its establishment in 1931, Berkeley College has earned a strong reputation in the New York area due to its prime location and extensive corporate resources. The college operates seven campuses, serving nearly 7,000 students, including approximately 700 international students from nearly 80 countries and regions worldwide. Authorized to confer degrees in traditional business and design disciplines, Berkeley College is one of the earliest American universities recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education.

Berkeley College emphasizes practical education and guarantees a full-semester internship for every graduate, ensuring they gain valuable professional experience. Over the years, the college has maintained a high employment rate of 90% for its graduates, earning widespread recognition for its cost-effective tuition and competitive starting salaries for alumni. Since 2015, Berkeley College has also opened its Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) program to international students.
