On March 9, 2019, Li Keqiang, member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee and Premier of the State Council, took part in the deliberation of the Jilin Delegation. President Qin He attended the meeting.

After listening to the speeches of Bayin Chaolu, Jing Junhai, Gu Fengjie and other delegates, Premier Li Keqiang delivered a speech, putting forward clear requirements for all aspects of work in Jilin Province. Referring to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, he recounted the story of a female college student who returned to her hometown after graduation to start her own business and develop modern agriculture, which he heard at the January 18 symposium.
