On September 19, Dr. Won-Jae Lee, the executive director of Asian relations at Angelo State University and his delegation visited JISU and Vice President Wang Jie received them. Both sides reached an agreement and signed the cooperation memorandum that set the terms for student scholarships, undergraduate dual degrees, bachelor and master study (without needing to take the postgraduate entrance examinations), faculty exchange, and so forth.
Dr. Won-Jae Lee commended our educational philosophy and highly praised JISU’s achievements. He voiced how they hope to have deeper cooperation with us in the future.
Angelo State University ranks in the top 15% of comprehensive state universities in the United States. It has also been consecutively elected as one of the “381 best universities in USA” for the past 10 years by The Princeton Review.
The meeting laid the foundation for further education cooperation between the two schools.
